Here at Silver Compass we really value our customers and acknowledge the importance of building relationships.
That’s why we’ve put together a scheme to thank people who’ve already booked with us and also to reward those who spread the word about who we are and what we do.
The basics of the scheme are as follows. For every new customer who makes a booking over £1000*, the referee will receive a £25 credit towards their next booking with Silver Compass**. Credits can be accrued up to the end of 2013, and must be redeemed by the end of 2014. We are not setting a limit on the amount of credit that can be accrued so the possibilities of free holidays are very real!
We’re also not setting unrealistic deadlines for this scheme. You will be able to accrue credit until the end of 2012, when the scheme will be reviewed. And you don’t have to cash in your credit till the end of 2013, so there’s plenty of time to benefit from your efforts.
This scheme is currently available to people who’ve already booked with us***, so obviously if you’re trying to sell the benefits of booking with Silver Compass to friends, colleagues or family then let them know that once they have booked with us, they too will be eligible to benefit from the scheme.
We are also putting together an employee reward scheme for businesses, which will essentially follow the same guidelines that this scheme does, so if you work somewhere that you think could be interested in profiting from something like this, or you know anyone that does, then please get in touch with us. This works particularly well in businesses that have a lot of face to face customer contact such as pubs, gyms, hairdressers etc., however it can work in any type of business that gets behind it. We can also put together a scheme for parents of children at a school, or members of clubs and societies.
