Too often people accept bad service because it’s the easy thing to do, but you won’t get that from us. From your initial contact, we’ll have a chat about you and what you’re looking for and then we’ll set to work on finding you the perfect trip.
You choose the means of communication, telephone, e-mail or even in person if it’s feasible for us to do so. And you can get in touch whenever you like throughout the process.
There is no such thing as taking up too much of our time.
We will provide you with as many quotes as it takes until you’re happy, and once you’ve booked we will guide you through everything you need to know, such as ticketing information and detailed destination guides to make sure you know everything you need to before you travel.
And while away, we will be a point of contact for you and can advise you if you need advice.
And of course, we’d love to hear how the trip was when you get back!
